(Hauppauge, NY) -- At their FABTECH Intl/AWS trade show Booth #6061, Bystronic will introduce innovative machinery and technology. Called an economic miracle the BySprint Pro 3015 is a unique high-speed laser cutting system with high operational and economic proficiency. BySprint Pro offers the shortest part times, thanks to the highly efficient Bylaser 4400 watt laser source and Automatic Technology Selection (ATS). ATS is a control based feature which dynamically adjusts parameters during high speed cutting, eliminating the need for additional part programming.

Also to be showcased is Bystronics newly designed BySpeed 3015 laser cutting system with Bylaser 6000 watt laser source. BySpeed offers a unique combination of high laser power and high machine dynamics for unmatched speed and productivity, as well as outstanding process reliability across the entire spectrum of sheet metal thicknesses. 

A new version of the popular Bystronic EP Series mid-range press brake will be demonstrated. The EP Series press brake features (new) Cybelec DNC 880S 2D control, standard hydraulic crowning and optional 4-axis back-gauge system.

Bystronics new Production Management software module, Plant Manager Cutting (PMC) introduces a unique tool for ERP order management as well as fact-based planning and monitoring of all laser and waterjet cutting processes. PMC provides managers with critical decision making data. PMC automatically processes order and CAD data independent of any programmer intervention, eliminating the time required for cutting plan preparation and feedback to the production planning system. With the new Plant Manager Cutting module, all relevant production and machine data become fully transparent. PMC ensures efficient resource management that also takes maintenance periods into account during planning.
